No Apologies Here

U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers' Press Secretary Shea Snider had this to say about Rogers' talk earlier this week at Auburn Montgomery that caught national attention after it was reported on this blog:

"Congressman Rogers, who has built strong relationships with Democrats and Republicans in Washington, used a bipartisan example to convey a serious challenge all members of Congress face—excessive partisanship," Snider said in the statement. "In that regard, he believes he was being honest in criticizing his party’s former leadership, as well as the current House Democratic leadership, both of which he believes have made it increasingly difficult for both sides to work together for the common good.”
