Republican House and Senate Members to Announce 2010 Platform
House Minority Leader Mike Hubbard, R-Auburn, and several GOP members of the House and Senate will announce on Monday their "2010 Republican Handshake with Alabama."
The plan will detail an agenda of specific bills and principles that state Republican Party legislative candidates will run on during the general election cycle.
The platform will be revealed during a news conference at 10 a.m. in the auditorium of the Alabama Center for Commerce, 401 Adams Avenue.
In addition to incumbent legislators, several Republican candidates for contested House and Senate seats across the state also are expected to attend.
