Judge Wise to Announce Bid for State Supreme Court
State Court of Criminal Appeals Presiding Judge Kelli Wise will announce her candidacy for associate justice of the Alabama Supreme Court during on Monday, October 19 at 11 a.m.Wise plans to seek the Republican nomination for the Place 1 associate justice seat being vacated by retiring Justice Patti Smith.
The announcement will be at the Montgomery Republican Party headquarters in the Vaughn Plaza Shopping Center, which is located near the intersection of Vaughn Road and Eastern Boulevard.
